The price is valid for any additional meals ordered. The price at which the order was made was seen before the order. You can check it in the order overview.
Why the food cannot be ordered is written right below the orders. There are three possibilities: a) you don't have sufficient account balance; b) the order limit for the food has been reached; c) the order has been terminated.
The online food ordering is for ordering meals and it is therefore illogical that there should be no-order meals. All meals can be viewed before checking in.
The system does not work with some older browsers. Please make sure to upgrade to a newer version.
You are entering an incorrect username or password, or you have not been granted access (or your password has been cancelled), or your password has been changed. JU administrators log in with their IdM credentials. Other boarders can have a username and password generated at the canteen ticket office.
All complaints can be made to the chef who issues your food, she is responsible for it.

You probably ordered to another outlet. The easiest way to find out where your order is placed is at the ordering point (touch screen or online). Please pay attention to which cafeteria you are ordering from. It is not possible to order from another cafeteria, as your food is not physically located there.
This is a dietary diet. Anyone can order them, but they are intended for people requiring a certain diet. You can find out more about dietary meals here.
