University services- Payments for accommodation

The tuition payment for the following month must be credited to ISKAM by the last day of the previous month at the latest.

Payment can be made in the following ways:

In cash (in CZK) or by payment card at the reception of the University of Dormitory.

Through the payment gateway - after logging into the ISKAM system:

  • Payment requirements ==> Pay (payment is credited immediately in ISKAM).
  • Menu Account ==> Accounts ==> Recharge (payment is credited immediately in ISKAM).

By one-time payment order -

  • Bank number: 169492602/0300
  • IBAN: CZ35 0300 0000 0001 6949 2602
  • BIC: CEKOCZPP
  • Reference for payment/VS - MUST BE ENTERED: the generated number obtained after logging into ISKAM

Instructions for using the IPS charging station

1. Log in to the site by attaching the student card to the scanner on the left

2. Press the "Recharge credit" button

3. Enter the amount and confirm

4. Reconfirm the total payment

5. When prompted at the payment terminal, attach a payment card

6. Once the payment has been made, you can either log out immediately or have a payment confirmation sent to you

7. If you have selected e-mail confirmation, you will log out on the next screen

You can then transfer the money to the WebKredit - catering in the Canteen account

1. Open the WebKredit web application here…

2. Switch to the "Strávníci JCU" tab

3. Log in

4. After logging in, switch to the IPS tab

5. Here you can transfer money from IPS to the Credit account, or from Credit to IPS

Catering for public

We offer the general public quality self-service meals throughout the year at more than acceptable prices. On working days, lunches, diet meals, pizzas and snacks are served in our dispensaries. We also offer fresh vegetable salads, desserts, baguettes and more. The main dining room on the 1st floor can accommodate up to 400 diners at a time. On the ground floor of the Canteen building there is a pizzeria and a canteen with a capacity of 200 seats. There is a separate dining room with 120 seats in the building of the Faculty of Theology in Kněžská street in the city center. We have another dining room in the ZSF building in J. Boreckého Street with a capacity of 110 seats. Last but not least, we will be happy to welcome you in the AK Buffet in the academic library building and also in the JU Café in the main canteen building. We also offer the preparation of banquets, coffee breaks and also provide catering for larger groups (breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc. - by prior arrangement)

FAQ: (frequently asked questions)

  • When I order a meal, it shows me the unsubsidized price. Why should I get a subsidized meal?!

    The price is valid for any additional meals ordered. The price at which the order was made was seen before the order. You can check it in the order overview.

  • There is a "Can't Order" button next to the food. Why is that?

    Why the food cannot be ordered is written right below the orders. There are three possibilities: a) you don't have sufficient account balance; b) the order limit for the food has been reached; c) the order has been terminated.

  • I don't see no-order meals in online ordering.

    The online food ordering is for ordering meals and it is therefore illogical that there should be no-order meals. All meals can be viewed before checking in.

  • The new online ordering doesn't work for me, I get a message that I don't have a suitable browser.

    The system does not work with some older browsers. Please make sure to upgrade to a newer version.

  • After entering my online ordering information, I get an incorrect identification message.

    You are entering an incorrect username or password, or you have not been granted access (or your password has been cancelled), or your password has been changed. JU administrators log in with their IdM credentials. Other boarders can have a username and password generated at the canteen ticket office.

  • I am not satisfied with the quality or quantity of the food, where can I turn?

    All complaints can be made to the chef who issues your food, she is responsible for it.

  • Can I pay cashless for food?

    Yes, through collections. How to do it can be found here. Payment by credit card is also possible.

  • On the scanner it reads: "Not Ordered" even though I definitely ordered and the system even charged me money. How is that possible?

    You probably ordered to another outlet. The easiest way to find out where your order is placed is at the ordering point (touch screen or online). Please pay attention to which cafeteria you are ordering from. It is not possible to order from another cafeteria, as your food is not physically located there.

  • In the menu and in the ordering, the dishes are marked as BLP, D4 and D9. What does this mean and can I order them?

    This is a dietary diet. Anyone can order them, but they are intended for people requiring a certain diet. You can find out more about dietary meals here.
