Accommodation in JU Dormitories for the Academic Year 2025/26 is regulated by the Collection of Decisions and Measures of the University of South Bohemia, Decision No. R 587, dated 25.3.2025.

Student applications submitted electronically at https://koleje.jcu.cz from 16.6. – 31.7.2025

Reservation deposit payment of 5000 CZK by 31.7.2025 If the application is not approved, the deposit will be refunded to the bank account specified in ISKAM.

Decision on approved applications (notification sent via email) Evaluation based on travel distance according to IDOS and the paid deposit. By 5.8.2025

Dormitory and room selection 6.8. – 22.8.2025

Between 6.8. – 7.8.2025, priority is given to students who wish to reserve the same bed they occupied until 31.5.2025. From 8.8.2025, free selection is available for all students with approved applications

Additional accommodation will be arranged individually. Late accommodation applications can be submitted electronically only at https://koleje.jcu.cz from 6.8.2025

Dormitory move-in: 15.9. – 22.9.2025 Dormitory fees from 15.9.2025 must be paid before check-in.

• If the application is canceled by 31.7.2025, the deposit will be refunded in full without a fee (+ a 500 CZK fee for refunds to foreign bank accounts).

• If the application is canceled between 1.8. and 22.8.2025, the deposit will be refunded minus a contractual penalty of 2500 CZK (+ a 500 CZK fee for refunds to foreign bank accounts).

• If the application is canceled from 23.8.2025 onwards, the deposit will not be refunded – contractual penalty of 5000 CZK.
